Anthony Baharian is the founder of Baharian Group at Compass, advising clients on luxury homes, investments, and value-add opportunities.

His approach starts with listening. From there, he brings creative thinking, a clear strategy, and proactive execution—supported by relationships across business, design, construction, and investing.

Anthony works with clients on acquisitions, renovation, repositioning, and development, connecting architects, designers, contractors, and other professionals around the plan. His network also opens conversations beyond public listings; clients evaluate each opportunity through their own due diligence.

He is a partner at Ensurate and brokers luxury and exotic vehicles through Level Cars. Insurance and automotive services are separate from real estate representation.
